Resort Support was established in 1998 to fill a need within the tourism industry for outsourced expertise in management consulting, marketing solutions and business development in the context of small medium tourism properties in the Fiji Islands.
The team at Resort Support have been operating many different tourism products throughout the the Fiji Islands and the South Pacific, from dive shops to cruise ships, from hotels to resorts.
The two principals of Resort Support are Stuart Gow and Helen Sykes have over 25 years of tourism experience between them operating small-medium tourism products throughout the Caribbean, Central America and the Fiji Islands.
Stuart has been working in management of SME Tourism Products since 1993 in the Caribbean.
His specialties are the operational and strategic planning and systems required to increase efficiency in tourism products.
Helen has been active in the tourism industry for over 15 years.
She brings her experience in the marine ecology and marine tourism system design and training to the table to complement the company's drive to increase profits for our clients.
